Americans are constantly looking for new flavors to enhance everyday meals.  This trend has encouraged Pita Pal to introduce our tasty, easily prepared falafel balls.  They’re a fun, nutritious way to let your imagination run wild.  These healthy, protein-rich, no-cholesterol, high-fiber falafel balls have been made with a time proven family recipe in the traditional Mediterranean style, with the highest quality ingredients. 


Preparation Instructions:
For best results deep fry -

  • Heat up the oil
  • Reduce to low-medium heat.
  • Wait 3-4 minutes for oil to cool down.
  • Place frozen falafel balls in the oil and cook for 3-5 minutes until evenly golden brown and crisp.
      Freeze & Reheat Directions:
Falafel balls can be precooked and frozen.  To reheat place balls on microwaveable plate loosely covered.  Microwave at high approximately 1 minute or until soft.
      Serving Instructions:
  • Serve in a wrap or pita bread with sliced tomato, cucumber & onion, pickles, humus, and sauce of your choice.
  • Serve veggie burger style.
  • Serve as an appetizer with ranch dressing, salsa, guacamole, cucumber yogurt sauce, etc.
